Living in New Orleans im going to say that Louisiana fish fry products are good for anything. They leave a good crust even when pan frying. Of course we have an enormous assortment to select from for different fish or game but LA products are a go to at the fish camp. I also suggest trying some of the King Kooker spices to get a little more legit, and more local. I use both.
