Contest may only be entered in or from the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  You are not authorized to participate in the Contest if you are not located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia.  Submissions originating from any other jurisdiction are not eligible for entry. This Contest is governed exclusively by the laws of the United States and the State of Florida.

1. Eligibility: Entrant must be a legal resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who is 25 years or older at time of entry.  Officers, employees or agents of GAFF Entertainment, LLC, a Florida limited liability company d/b/a GAFF Magazine (the "Sponsor" or "Operator"), Sewell Custom Rods, Reel Wench Wear, Porky’s Bayside BBQ & Seafood, Captain Pip's Marina & Hideaway (collectively “Contest Partners”) are not eligible to enter, nor are their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, or any employee’s immediate family or household members eligible to enter. Limit one entry per person, per Facebook ID. Void outside the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited, taxed, or restricted by law. All federal, state and/or local rules and regulations apply.

2. Start/End Dates: Contest begins at 12:00 p.m. E.T. July 1, 2011 and
ends at 12:00 a.m. E.T. Aug 1, 2011. Winners will be determined shortly after completion of the Contest and, in any  event, no later than August 15, 2011.

3. How to Enter Contest:  Subject to Section 1 related to Eligibility, any entrant who wishes to submit a valid contest entry must do so in the following manner.  Specifically, each entrant must:

(1) Must “like” the Face Book (FB) pages of:

     o   Porky’s Bayside BBQ & Seafood

     o   REEL REVENGE CHARTERS

(2) Sign up for the digital version of GAFF Magazine (FREE) at www.getGAFF.com.

(3) Email keyscontest@gafflife.com once above actions are completed, with the Facebook name and email you used to complete tasks.

(4) Agree to document, both in writing and pictures, major parts of the trip.

Limit one entry per person, per Facebook ID.  More than one entry from any person or e-mail address or Facebook ID will void all entries from that person, e-mail address or Facebook ID. Entrants must have a valid email address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for submission problems of any kind whether mechanical, human or electronic.  Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

4. Judging:  Sponsor has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to void any entrant that appears to have been made by a person not meeting the eligibility requirements set forth above, or to be an automated or duplicate entrant, and has the right to permanently disqualify from contention any person it believes has violated these Rules and Procedures. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being run or implemented as planned, including, but not limited to, as the result of infection by computer viruses or bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or any other cause which is likely to, or actually corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, then Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to withdraw the transmission of any entrant and/or to terminate or suspend the Contest at any point and declare a Winner based upon the Eligible entrants up to that point. In the event of technical difficulties with the Contest, including, but not limited to, mobile or Internet service interruptions, Sponsor reserves the right to review the Entrants for accuracy and to take any appropriate action including, without limitation, voiding the entries cast during the time period in which such technical difficulties occurred. Sponsor, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, any other entity involved in the development or administration of the contest, and each of their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) are not responsible for any computer, network, technical, electronic, human or other errors or problems of any kind, for any injury or damage to participants or to any person’s computer or mobile phone relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with the contest, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed, lost, or late.  By participating, each individual agrees to release and hold the Released Parties harmless against any and all claims and liability of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of their participation in the Contest.

5. Winning Entrant Determination: The contest Winner will be determined at random based on the total number of entrants and by using the random number generator at www.random.org. If the selected entrant has not met any of the above requirements of the Official Rules, then the Sponsor reserves the right to select a new winner at random.

6. Prize: The following Prize will be awarded to one entrant (the "Winner"):

The Winner will receive a trip to Miami, Florida that includes (i) round trip air transportation for two from the major airport closest to the Winner, (ii) four days' rental car usage, (iii) three nights' accommodations for two at Capt. Pips Hideaway & Marina with two days' boat rental (Florida fishing license will be needed), (iv) one full–day charter from Capt. Pips Hideaway & Marina; (v) one full-day charter from REEL REVENGE Charters, and (vi) one Canon Powershot A2200 14.1 MP Digital Camera with 4x Optical Zoom.

The Prize is only as stated and may not be altered or exchanged for perceived value or cash. The Prize is non-transferable.

Approximate Retail Value: $4,600 (Exact dollar value of the Prize will depend on travel dates selected by Winner and travel distance.  However, in no case will the value of the Prize exceed $5,000).

PLEASE NOTE: Winner will be solely responsible for all local, state or federal taxes, including United States federal income taxes based on the suggested selling prices as calculated by the prize sponsor of the trip on the date of the award.

7. Affidavit of Eligibility/Release: The Winner and travel companions will be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and where lawful, a Publicity Release within 14 days of Prize Notification. If the Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if Winner rejects his/her prize or in the event of noncompliance with these Contest Rules and Requirements, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given.

8. Conditions: Entry constitutes permission to use the Winner’s name, picture, likeness, and city and state of residence for purposes of trade, publicity or promotion for no compensation except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants and the Winner(s) agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Contest Partners, and their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotions agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Contest-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor and Contest Partners are not responsible if Contest cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather or acts of terrorism.

9. Responsibility: The Sponsor is solely responsible for the execution of the Contest. The Sponsor is responsible for the fulfillment of the prize.

10. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The “authorized account holder” is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and Facebook ID associated with the winning entry. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor and Contest Partners assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any entries. The Sponsor and Contest Partners are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email, or vote to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, any combination thereof, or otherwise, including any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Contest. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Contest or winning the Prize if, in its sole and absolute discretion, it determines that said entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry or voting programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, for the sole purpose of determining the winning entrant. By participating in the Contest, entrants hereby agree
to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information.
